On entering the ground floor reception, one will discover the newly refurbished offices. You will be offered a cappuccino and the opportunity to review the 30 years history of Beauchamp Estates. The walls are hung with awards for Estate Agent of the Year, a framed press article proclaiming Beauchamp Estates among the "Top Ten Agents in the London Des Res Market" headed the "estate agents you can invite to dinner" (incidentally Penelope Court was the only woman named in the top ten), together with photographs of some of the most spectacular property deals of the last three decades... The return to the dignified character of the building, decorated in cool, neutral tones, slate and pale, almost-white greys has been retained whilst incorporating the technology required to facilitate the running of one of London's top estate agencies.
