When you fancy a leisurely stroll, there’s no better spot that Baysgarth Park. Amongst thirty acres of beautiful recreational space that’s home to a great number of native flora and fauna, you’ll find Baysgarth House. This is a museum illustrating the area’s long natural history, including archaeological artefacts. It’s perfect for a family day out and a great way to better understand how the town came to be.
Many young people, families and retired couples move from Hull to Barton due to it being so close to the city, yet entirely removed from city life. Here you can relax without the hustle and bustle of constant traffic, often discovering little pockets of the town that offer total sanctuary.
