Charlotte Adams

I have been employed by Elite Property since July 2004 and started as an apprentice at the age of 16.  I completed a Level 2 business administration and a customer service apprenticeship with the company and later completed an NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential and Property Management.

Since moving to Coventry with my family in 1999, I have gained a vast knowledge of the local area and because of my local knowledge I have always taken pleasure in matching tenants to properties and buyers to homes.

Whilst working at Elite Property I have gained over 10 years of valuable experience in the residential lettings industry which has allowed me to progress to the position of Property Manager, this is a huge responsibility towards my colleagues and all our clients. I thrive on attention to detail and because of this I am on first name basis with many of our very loyal Landlords and Tenants.

I have enjoyed working with such a vibrant and active office and I am looking forward to progression and personal influence in Elite Properties future.

Outside of the office I enjoy socialising with friends, travelling and attending my local gym.
