We know the local market inside out (we’ve been here for 35 years). In fact, we’re market leaders in the DT7 area. So our valuations and assessments are as accurate and comprehensive as possible.  As qualified Chartered Surveyors we know all the thorny legal aspects of house-selling and how to deal with them.

Our prominent high street offices can be found at the top of Broad Street, Lyme Regis’ main shopping street.  We are open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday from 9.00am to 4.00pm.  If you aren’t able to visit us in person, our friendly team are on hand to take your call or respond to your email during these times.
