Sales Department

Run by Matt Foston, the sales branch opened in April 2011. With a larger team, larger premises, and more properties to sell, the division has grown significantly. The Sleaford Sales branch offers a wide range of services, from sales to mortgages, in-house solicitors and surveyors. 

The branch is based in the town-centre of Sleaford and has easy access via car. The staff are very friendly and experienced. The sales team are renowned for offering professional and honest advice; they are not pushy and have excellent knowledge of the local area. They believe that word of mouth is the best advertisement they can have. 

 

Lettings Department

Since the lettings office first opened in October 2006 the team has gone from strength to strength. The aims of the new partnership are to maintain the excellent high standards set by the former leadership. Professionalism & first class customer service is very much the ethos. The experienced team strive to exceed both landlords & tenants expectation & continue to manage all properties with the same pride as if the properties were their own homes. The lettings team offer a number of service packages and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with new & existing clients. With our Southgate office being open 7 days a week we aim to always be on hand to deal with your enquiry. The branch is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and the Property Ombudsman.
