About Us...

We are an established, independent letting agency who have been successfully letting property in Guildford and it’s surrounding towns and villages since 1994 and pride ourselves on our personal and highly professional service.

The team is headed up by two partners Patricia Woodbridge and Christopher Lye who between them have been in the business for over 30 years and who are both actively involved on a day to day basis.

They are proud to present established team of 8, all of whom are fully qualified in all aspects of letting & management.

We deal with good quality properties of all sizes (from small executive flats in central Guildford to large period houses in the country) and so are able to cater for the entire rental market, including corporate tenancies at all levels.  What sets us apart from many other letting agents is that we strive only to attract tenants to whom we would be happy letting our own homes.
