Both partners Victor Bryan MNAEA and Ian Maher MNAEA hold the National association of estate agents technical award in residential sales and are members of the national approved letting scheme.

Victor and Ian were both born and raised in Wembley so therefore have an unrivalled knowledge of the local and surrounding areas. Having worked locally in estate agency for the last fifteen years victor and Ian's knowledge of the local market is second to none.

We believe the house buying and selling public deserves to have an independent and impartial body that can listen to their complaints and provide financial compensation if appropriate. We would urge sellers to find out whether an Agent belongs to the Ombudsman for estate agents and the national association of estate agents Schemes before they decide to do business with them. As Bryan Maher & Co are members of both, we have undertaken, not only to abide by a higher level Code, but also to be judged by an independent third party if a complaint is made and to abide by whatever that judgment is.
