Sole proprietor, David Burt has worked for and been in Partnership with established independent agricultural and general practice firms in Devon and Cornwall since 1972 and established David Burt & Partners in June 1990 covering a wide range of the property industry from property sales to professional services.
In recent years the business has concentrated on its core primary services which include rural and urban property sales and residential lettings including full management, acting for many clients globally. We have extensive knowledge of the areas we cover and have built a strong client base and developed and maintained a strong rapport with clients over the years.
The business has prolific high street offices both at Liskeard covering south east and mid Cornwall and Wadebridge covering north Cornwall and an associated holiday letting business based in Newquay covering the whole of the county of Cornwall.
