Homesure Portfolio Management Ltd are an Ayrshire based letting agency and property investment company founded in 2004. We specialise in the management of residential property investments, whether this be letting, selling or investing. We are not a traditional estate agency, we focus only on property investments. As we hope to remain as the managing agent after the sale, we will always ensure we select the right property for the right client. We are a young, cutting edge letting agency and endeavour to be the best agent in the area and always remain ahead of our competitors, putting our customers first. We invest in the latest technology and software, employ the best staff and are heavily involved in various projects within the local community with a view to increasing standards within the Private Rented Sector.

Each client (tenant, landlord or investor) is allocated their own Property Manager who will deal will all aspects of their property. Although clients can speak to any member of staff, we find that a trusting relationship is built between the Property Manager and client, who know each other by name, remember all the details about their property and requirements and can quickly answer any questions.

We believe clients should know who they deal with on the end of a phone (or emails) so below is a short profile of each member of staff. Each staff member plays a vital role in ensuring Homesure runs perfectly and clients are 100% happy. We have a very close team and all staff support each other at all levels.
