Points You Might Like to Know

The initial advertising fee is £60.00 (non refundable).
We always charge and hold a substantial deposit from the tenants to ensure that they will look after your property.
We will arrange for properties to be checked at your request , we must give the tenants 24hr notice.
We would advise that you take out 3 star 24hr cover with your supplier to cover plumbing,electrics & heating problems that may occur within the rental period.
We will instruct the Council each time a client moves in and out of a property, as it is the tenant who will be responsible to pay the Council Tax and not yourself.

Full Management Fees

Administration fee: 50% of the 1st month’s rent.
Management fee: 11% of the monthly rent.
Advertising fee: £60.00 (sent at start with your details).
FINDERS FEE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
We can also arrange for gas safety, electrical checks and EPCs to be done for you if you so require.
