Chris Shorey Lettings Ltd. started in 1981 where Chris himself did everything! It wasn't until the turn of the century that things started to grow quickly. Since that time the company has moved from its small office on North Road East to much larger and more modern premises on Gibbon Lane

In recent years our director Jacqui has ensured that the company is constantly reaching for higher and higher standards. Our membership of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) for instance does not come easily.

There are processes, practices and legalities that we must adhere to. All this comes at a price to the company in training and inherent costs in complying to all the requirements made upon us by the law and ARLA. For instance your money is safe because ARLA guarantee it! This shows a lot of faith in Chris Shorey Lettings Ltd.

Important milestones also include the large financial investment into the development of the support (Ticket System) website. This has enabled us to manage maintenance and communication with our tenants much more effectively.
