What the Owner says:We had a choice between going for this or a flat when we bought our first home. We chose to live here as having some outside space was a must. Since we improved the garden it’s a nice space to relax. Between 10 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon it’s a sun trap and in the summer it can get really hot! We’ve done other improvements including having double glazed windows fitted as well as a new boiler. This has served us well as a first home but with a growing family it’s about time it became a first home for someone else
