What the Owner says:I moved here 6 years as I loved the location. The picturesque setting being adjacent to the river overwhelmed me and I could instantly imagine living here. When I stepped inside I wasnÂ’t disappointed either. The lounge was huge and I was delighted to see that I had such great views out of the window. Many times I have sat there and watched passers-by enjoying the surrounding greenery. Since living here I have re-decorated and put in the new kitchen and bathroom. I have also had new flooring put down. This flat has been brilliant for commuting too with superb bus routes to East Croydon , not to mention Waddon station. It is now time for me to get somewhere bigger but I have been incredibly happy here and I know the new buyer will be as well.
