Our View

There are some superb touches in this home. Polished style granite to the kitchen work tops and lounge hearth, a superb wood burning stove with wooden Bressumer, making a focal point as you walk into the lounge, each room has been stripped back and re plastered to give a neat, fresh look and the conservatory makes for a welcome addition in terms of extra floor space. Further improvements could yet be made. Access to the top floor bedroom is currently via the rear aspect bedroom on the first floor but independent access could be installed without compromising on the rear bedroom. The driveway is a real bonus.

Location

The village of Boughton-under-Blean can be found 6.4 miles to the west of Canterbury and 4.2 miles to the west of Faversham. The village is just off of the A2 dual carriageway which provides a link to both London and Dover, in addition to Canterbury and Faversham. There are an array of amenities including a post office, two public houses, library and primary school. Public transport links include the 3, 3a and 3x bus services running between Faversham and Canterbury. The village has its own website which offers some history to the village as well as providing useful phone numbers and village information. There is even a book about the village! All this would suggest a great affection for the area and a strong sense of community.
