Coming from Exeter, head North out of Southernhay joining the A3015 Topsham Road. At Countess Wear roundabout take the third exit onto Bridge Road towards Dawlish. Take the first exit onto the A379. Go through Kenton and Starcross. As the A379 becomes Exeter Road, turn right into Port Road marked Ashcombe.
