Directions

From Topsham, leave the town along Station Road crossing the rail line and turning right at the roundabout. Follow this road out of Topsham, passing Darts Farm and turn left at the roundabout and then turn right at the following one towards Woodbury. Follow this road for about one and a half miles passing through the village of Woodbury. Continue out of the village for approximately one mile and then turn right towards Budleigh Salterton. This road continues for approximately half a mile before reaching the B3180. Turn right and continue for about one mile passing a turning on the right for Lympstone and a further turning for Exmouth. After a further mile, St Johns Road can be found on the right hand side. Proceed down the road and Barton House will be found on the left hand side.
