Full description

Price Range: £125,000 – £140,000.
Classic Victorian cottage in lovely internal condition .
The sunny aspect rear garden is a real feature so a great spot to unwind at the end of a long day .
Faversham town and supermarkets are all a short walk away .

Only a short walk from town, this delightful period cottage enjoys a backwater position but is so convenient for town, schools and for commuters as well.

Step inside and the bright and airy layout opens up in front of you.

The kitchen offers lots of worktop space, perfect for preparing the evening meal. On those summer evenings why not relax in the garden which is nicely secluded yet offers an attractive, sunny aspect.

Unlike many similar properties, this cottage offers a separate upstairs bathroom which makes things a bit easier for the early morning rush!

On the weekend, there are several beaches only a short drive away or the very popular Whitstable harbour for a seafood lunch is only around 10 minutes drive away. Closer to home, the walks around neighbouring Graveney are picturesque, as is the nearby Creek.

This home is perfect for someone to simply move into without the need for renovations, so do come and have a look around.

What the Owner says:I came to Faversham 14 years ago and have been very happy here. Luton Road is quiet and near all amenities including public transport and motorway travel which were strong reasons for my purchase.

However, now that I have retired, I wish to live closer to my son and daughter-in-law in Suffolk so with some regret have to put my home up for sale.

The house is cosy and warm in winter and in the summer, the garden is bright and sunny with no overlooking properties at the end.

I shall be sorry to leave Faversham but have to move on.
