Ella Hailes

After completing my work experience at Churchfield when I was 14 years old, I always knew I wanted to come back and be a part of the team. Now 6 years later, after working in customer service since leaving sixth form, I am now part of the lettings department. Conducting viewings and dealing with day to day enquiries and I now remember why I loved working amongst the team. Now building a career from those two weeks, I look forward to my future at Churchfield. In my spare time I love to socialise with friends and family and attempt to go to the gym 5 times a week.
