Wakeman Chartered Surveyors & Estate Agents in Dudley was established in 1992 by Nick Wakeman, when he took over the ownership of the Sedgley Office of Scriven & Co.

The Firm offers a wide range of property services with the two partners, Nick Wakeman and John Brown, both being experienced Chartered Surveyors.

We deal with a wide variety of residential properties, both for sale and to let, together with commercial sales lettings and rent reviews being dealt with through our Dudley Commercial Office. In addition we are able to provide clients with survey and valuation advice, and are associated with Allied Surveyors & Valuers, a national surveying company.
