Adam Oliver

Adam Oliver is a Partner and leads Brown & Co’s consulting practice for CIS/ Central Europe.  Having moved from the UK to Poland in 1999, Adam has 20 years Management Consultancy experience providing Board level agri business advice across the CIS/ CEE region. 

Particular areas of interest/ specialties include large scale grains and oilseeds commodity production, forage production strategies, livestock enterprises, intensive high value cropping, business strategy, turn-around management, business restructuring and detailed investment strategies for the region.  Other key areas include land acquisition strategies, benchmarking unit costs of production, Management Information Systems, senior level management recruitment, crop storage strategies, crop marketing and CAPEX assessment, implementation and financing.
