David Bennett

David is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer, having practiced in Leicestershire and the Midlands since 1971. David farms in Northamptonshire and has a practical knowledge of diversification and the issues facing today’s farming community. He specialises in farm and rural agency, planning and development, valuations and auctions and is an AMC Valuer. David has been an active member of the MidlandCounties Agricultural Valuers Association for many years and was their President in 1999. He currently serves as a Council member on the CAAV.
