Ellie Allwood

Ellie Allwood was a partner in JHWalter after joining the firm in 1994 and is now a Divisional Partner at Brown&CoJHWalter since 1st October 2021. Ellie’s specialism is Rural Landlord and Tenant, in particular Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 including Rent Reviews, Succession, Surrender and Lettings, Disputes and Notices, Dilapidations and Repairs and General Estate and Property Management; Stocktaking valuations. She is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV); has a Degree in Land Management and was awarded a Master of Laws in Agricultural Law. Ellie is also both a Rural Arbitrator and a Rural Independent Expert on the RICS Presidents Panel of Dispute Resolvers.
