Hugh is a graduate of Sutton Bonington (University of Nottingham) and joined Brown & Co in 2012 as an Agricultural Business Consultant. Since graduating he has worked on several farms in the Midlands where he was involved in practical agriculture and farm management. He has a special interest in mechanisation and livestock production.
Working as an Agricultural Business Consultant he covers a wide variety of rural professional work including Contract Farming Agreements, Subsidy claims, Environmental stewardship, Farm budgets and Cashflows.
Hugh is a member of The East Midlands Farm Management Group and The Rutland Arable & Grassland Society.
