James Gowing

James joined Brown and Co in November 2021, having spent 8 years working for a national firm providing strategic land and property advice to infrastructure and utility clients, with a particular focus on large scale DCO and CPO schemes. Prior to this he worked for a national land agency firm in Norwich undertaking a wide range of professional work including Estate Management, Valuation and Compensation work. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010 and as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2013, James is also a Partner in his family farming business based in South Norfolk.
