James Lambert

James has worked for Brown & Co JHWalter since December 2010, starting in the Energy Department before moving to the Planning Team whilst completing a Masters in Urban Planning. He has worked and gained significant experience in a range of planning applications and pre-application enquiries from single dwelling schemes to major residential developments, farm diversification projects and planning appraisals for a range of development types. James also has significant experience undertaking planning applications for the conversion of agricultural buildings to residential dwellings, discharge of planning conditions work and representing clients for the promotion of their land through the Local Plan Examination process.

James is a chartered member of the RTPI.
