Lisa began working at Brown & Co in 2005 and has seen the Firm grow from strength to strength. The HR team consists of 2 qualified and Chartered HR practitioners and 1 HR administrator and between them they cover all aspects required of a generalist HR department, plus coordinating much of the Firm’s Training & Development, managing Health & Safety whilst promoting a positive wellbeing culture for employees to thrive in.
