Marie Gutteridge

Marie qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993 and has held a number of senior positions both within the public and private sectors before joining Brown & Co. in July 2019. She joined as a Divisional Partner in the Commercial team working initially from Brown & Co.’s Grantham office and more recently from the new regional hub in Lincoln. She has over 25 years of experience working in Lincoln/Lincolnshire and neighbouring counties in the commercial property industry and has therefore strong connections in the area.  

Marie specialises in Commercial Property Management across all sectors including retail, industrial and office, together with advising landlord clients of all commercial property with regard to lease renewals and rent reviews and all aspects of commercial property leases. 

Marie is also an RICS Registered Valuer and can carry out Redbook valuations and rental valuation reports.
