Nathan Roe

Nathan joined Brown & Co from a major blue-chip retailer where he primarily focused on the vacant non-operational portfolio across the UK by way of new lettings / disposals and supermarket acquisitions.

Nathan offers commercial management of properties for a number of clients, including pension funds, private investors and family trusts. This role is broad ranging and includes advising on matters such as rent and service charge collection/budgeting, providing advice on lettings, sub-lettings, lease surrenders, disposals together with Landlord and Tenant matters.

He prides himself in client care and provides our clients proactive advice ensuring all portfolios are maintained to a high standard and are compliant. 

 

Nathan has a strong interest in building pathology and commercial dilapidations and is currently obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Building Surveying.
