Paul Clarke

Paul is a chartered town planner and has over 40 years experience in Town & Country Planning on a wide range of projects across the country. From strategic sites on the edge of towns and cities, to urban regeneration sites, he has provided specialist advice for the public and private sector clients in all development areas of the country.

Paul has advised on large portfolio sites that have ranged from Edinburgh to Wales and the Midlands, and led multi-disciplinary teams in redeveloping sites in Nottingham and Ipswich. His core skills are promoting sustainable development and delivering planning permissions on a wide range of sites. Paul is currently a national judge for Planning Placemaking Awards, and is a member of the Building Growth sector group advising New Anglia LEP on the delivery of its Strategic Economic Plan.
