Shirley Carr

Shirley is a Property Manager in the commercial department of Brown&Co, having joined them in September 2018. She ensures buildings and developments are managed efficiently, dealing with landlords and tenants, from budget setting to problem solving repair requirements. Shirley has experience with dealing with budgets, commercial service charges, maintenance and repairs.

Shirley moved to Norfolk in 1990 and for 12 years managed  the 39 properties for the Holiday Property Bond at Barnham Broom. She travelled to Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and Tasmania pre-pandemic.

Shirley is a long standing supporter of Proudly Norfolk and the celebration of all things locally produced within the county. She is a keen and regular tennis player and cyclist and enjoys gardening and cooking for friends.
