Simon Harvey

Simon graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management in 2004 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008.  He started his career in local government before moving on to work for a sizeable regional retailer, managing part of a large investment property portfolio and mixed trading estate.  In addition to core landlord & tenant work, property acquisition and disposals, Simon gained a wealth of experience in a vast range of property matters.

Simon joined the firm from after working as the Principal Estates Surveyor in a multi-disciplinary property consultancy based in Ipswich.  He has been involved in a variety of work including residential planning & development, property sales & agency, acquisitions, development appraisals and general practice advisory work.  Simon also became a Registered Valuer in 2015 undertaking Red Book valuation work.

Simon lives with his wife, two young daughters and two dogs on their smallholding in Suffolk.  In addition to keeping a few pigs, sheep and poultry, Simon enjoys sailing and skiing.
