Tim Atkinson was a Partner in JHWalter after joining the firm in 1999 and is now a Divisional Partner at Brown&CoJHWalter since 1st October 2021. Tim is a rural practice Chartered Surveyor and his specialisms include Land Agency, Property Agency; Property Valuation; Development; Compulsory Purchase; Acting as an Expert Witness; Property Acquisition; Land and Estate management, Negotiation of Easements for Pipelines and Cables and Tenancy matters. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) and has a degree in Rural Land Management.
