Tim Joined Brown & Co in May 2017 following the merger with Barfords.
Tim is involved in Residential Development and Commercial Agency covering both negotiating lease agreements and land disposal. Tim grew up Hertfordshire before moving to the South Of France. On Tim’s return to the UK he commenced his careers in property with Estate Agents in Cambridge and Hertfordshire. Tim .continued to gain experience in property development within Chartered Surveyors based in central Cambridge before joining
the team at Brown & Co.
