About Us...

Since opening our doors for business in 1991, Steven, together with his former partner, Michael, have been selling, renting and managing properties of all types.

Based on the borders of Upton Park, East Ham and Plaistow, and serving the whole of the borough of Newham, we have seen many changes over the past 25 years.

We have ridden through the storm of the early 1990’s and whilst many local and national have gone by the wayside, with our embracement of new technology, coupled with our love of the property market and the empathy we have with our clients, we have continued to grow.

With the advent of the internet and seeing the way homes are now being sold, Michael Steven has very much embraced the new market.
