Llion ap Dylan Davies

Llion has been with the family firm since 2015. Llion’s role within the firm is Director and is based out of the Lampeter office. He has a keen motivation for sales and client care. Llion is actively involved in residential, rural property sales and commercial sales. Since joining the family business he has become qualified and become a member of the NAEA and NAVA and regularly attends conferences and regional meetings, in order to keep to date within the ever changing regulations and marketing techniques. In 2019, Llion was shortlisted for Auctioneer of the year, and has a keen interest in property auctions and valuations. In his spare time Llion enjoys spending time with his young family, and keeping fit, be it attending gym classes or going for walks with his two sons. Llion is a fluent Welsh speaker.
