Rhys ap Dylan Davies

Rhys has been with the family firm since 2010 being actively involved in residential, commercial and rural property as well as offering planning and development advice. Along with Andrew Morgan, Rhys has expanded the commercial section of our business and has recently been involved some of the most high-profile sales of commercial and development property in our region. In his spare time Rhys enjoys spending time with his young family and actively supports Aberaeron RFC and New Quay FC, as well as being the 2023 Chairman for Aberaeron Town Improvement Committee and Carnival. Rhys is a fluent Welsh speaker.
