About Us...

Run by Directors Ben Oglesbee and Matt Holland, the Boston branch of Newton Fallowell opened in 2008 and has since expanded, now specialising in a range of services including residential sales, lettings, mortgage advice, conveyancing and surveys.

The office boats superb town-centre location with large double fronted premises with parking facilities for clients situated right outside, as well as two large car parks in close proximity. Inside, there is a large wall map to help clients locate properties.

We pride ourselves on providing the ultimate in customer service, focussing on the experience of our clients. We adopt a proactive approach which includes accompanied viewings if required, out of hours contact, weekend opening hours and the provision of eye-catching property sales particulars including professional photography and detailed floorplans.
