Kal Markutis

Karolis was born in Lithuania and moved to Sleaford in 2008 at the age of 10 with his parents. Karolis or as his clients know him Kal attended St Georges Academy in Sleaford.

Kal who speaks fluent Lithuanian had previously work as a Duty Manager at Millers in Sleaford. Kal joined our successful sales team in February 2018. Kal has always had an interest in the property market and commented “it was always an aim of mine to get into the property industry but to do it with such an establish and well respected company as Newton Fallowell is amazing. There is such a wealth of knowledge he and I look forward to learn from the people that I will be working with. Branch Manager Gavin Baker commented “Kal has taken to his new role excellently and his communication skills are fantastic, he relishes the challenge of establishing himself within the industry and with the work ethics that Kal has I can see him having a very bright future.”

Outside of his work day Kal enjoys socializing with his friends, reading, listening to music and sports with Basketball being his favourite.

Branch Manager Gavin Baker went on to say “ Kal never seems to find a task too small or too tall, he tries to get the most that he can out of each day and this is a credit to himself. He is a very approachable, friendly person with a great passion for the job”.
