Tony has been involved in the industry since 2006 and came on board at Newton Fallowell in 2012 as a senior valuer. Before becoming an estate agent Tony was involved in sales which he says was one of his motivators to getting into the industry and that selling houses seemed like the most exciting sale to be involved with. During his decade in the industry he has been a negotiator but his drive and enthusiasm to be out and about lead him down the path to becoming a valuer.  

Tony believes that Newton Fallowell has a lot to offer to customers as it has staff with excellent local experience and this is down to its continued investment into their development meaning that the best staff can produce the best service.

When not valuing houses Tony can be found at either the nearby Belton Woods golf course or at the Sincil Bank watching his beloved Lincoln City FC. Not only does he describe himself as a ‘big big big’ Lincoln City fan but he also enjoys playing football for a local Sunday league team. Tony also has two children, Kyan and Alyssa, and is recently married so enjoys spending quality time with his family. 

Tony is committed to the local area which is shown through his commitment to being a school governor. He truly believes that to get the most out of an area you need to embed yourself into the community and give back and that living in the local area has helped him improve upon the knowledge and service he can provide to customers. 

Tony describes himself as being honest with the utmost integrity  he believes that these characteristics are imperative to being successful. He is also extremely hard working and believes that his role does not start at 9am or end at 5pm, as he always has his work head on. Other members of the team have described Tony as a role model who is always up for a laugh but also has a wealth of knowledge and is extremely helpful. 

According to Tony one top tip for vendors is to always understand the terms of business as estate agents should be completely honest and transparent about their contracts and that an agent should not tie you into a contract for longer than 6 weeks.
