Karen manages every aspect of administration and correspondence for all of our new homes developments, clients and the team, playing a vital role within our very busy office.

Karen is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and forging great relationships with our many service providers including press and marketing agencies, whilst also managing our social media and email campaign bookings, to ensure our clients receive top quality support for their developments. 

Along with working closely with the New Homes Sales Advisors, Karen supports Neil and Jean in the day to day running of the business and developments, utilising over 25 years’ experience in the new homes industry to ensure even the smallest of details are taken care of every time, such as ensuring cleaners are booked in and the lawns are mowed!! .
