SAB is a small independent company founded in 1968 in Streatham. The founders of this well established business, recognised mainly for lettings, retired in the 80's and the new Managing Director, Mr Evol Graham decided to give SAB a complete company makeover, including image, service, marketing strategies and expansion into the sales sector and online business.
The results of which have been a huge success with new and existing clients, encouraging more instructions from the property market place.

Due to the increase in business, 2002 gave birth to our second branch located near Streatham Common. Specialising mainly in sales, the experienced and dedicated team there have generated substantial new business in a short space of time. The two branches located on opposite sides of Streatham enables SAB to cater efficiently for the entire radius of Streatham and surrounding areas and with the approach of 2005, in this lucrative market place we plan to expand further with more well located branches in South London.
