Having been established for more than twenty four years, we are an AWARD-WINNING, LEADING INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENT situated in the heart of Godalming with a further network of sixteen local offices in West Surrey and state of the art Property Centre in Park Lane, London (virtually opposite Marble Arch) providing us with direct access to the lucrative London and international investor markets. We are the ONLY Estate Agent in Godalming to be awarded membership of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents, a body that is dedicated to, and expects, the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. 

Our Lettings department is run by Director, Nick Lees, who is assisted by two other Directors (Stewart Palmer and Ian Bond) and Negotiators, Hugh Ross and Sarah Lees. As a Company we are delighted sponsor Macmillan Cancer Support and Cherry Trees (a local charity that provide home from home respite care for children and young people with severe learning and physical disabilities). To date we have now raised over £30,000. We are proud also to support various local events and in particular Farncombe Youth Football Club (FYFC).
