Tracey Leonard

I have worked as an estate agent for the past 13 years and lived in Merrow since 1984. During this time, I have moved house twice and can empathise completely with both buyers and sellers during this sometimes challenging, but usually exciting process! Both of my children attended the local primary and secondary schools, and my family and I have always enjoyed being part of the local community and have benefitted greatly from all that the Guildford area has to offer.
