About Brook Green

Brook Green is a town in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham that takes its name from a green recreational park space that was crossed by a brook.

It is an affluent area, full of charming characterful properties, set back from the hustle and bustle of London life. Brook Green offers buyers and tenants a range of property types to choose from.
