From our Bradleys Sidmouth office proceed up the High Street to the mini-roundabout and turn left into All Saints Road. Continue to the next mini-roundabout opposite the Woodlands Hotel, turn left and then immediately right into Cotmaton Road. Old Hayes will be seen a little way along on the left hand side opposite a small cul-de-sac known as Woodlands.
