From the Broadway car park, exit the car park onto Dean Hill and turn left. Continue onto Furezhatt Road which in turn, changes to Springfield Road in Elburton. When you reach the roundabout take the third exit towards Brixton/Yealmpton. As you approach Brixton at the mini roundabout continue straight over into the village. Continue past the shops and pub and turn left just before the church into Legion lane. The cottage is situated towards the top of the lane on the right hand side.
