Directions
Proceed from Truro towards St Austell on the A390, pass through the village of Tresillian and up the hill of the Probus bypass. Take the second exit on the roundabout towards St Austell. Turn left towards Grampound Road. Proceed through the village on Fore Street and up Top Hill just before leaving Grampound road take the road on the left and left again on to Windmill Hill, continue down Windmill Hill and to the right where you will find the entrance to the development.
