The house has grown over time with multiple extensions and alterations making it the home we see today; The earliest parts of the house dates back to the early 1700s. Court Hall remained a single property until the 1950's when it was split into it's current configuration.


Follow along the A379 into Kennford, turn right onto Church Street then turn left onto Mamhead Road. Follow the road around past the primary school, and the driveway into the property is the first opening on the right through a gap in the stone wall.
