From junction 30 of the M5 motorway, proceed east on the A3052 towards Sidmouth. After 6 miles turn right at The Hidden Oak signposted Exmouth, on the B3180. The property is on the left after one mile.From Exmouth from our office, proceed down Rolle Street, turn left onto Imperial Road, next right at the roundabout onto Marine Way. At the second set of traffic lights, turn right into Hulham Road. Continue to the junction at the top of Higher Hulham Road, turning left onto the B3180.
