GENERAL
A luxurious Lodge in an idyllic lakeside setting within the Bosworth Water Park. The lodge has been cleverly designed with light filled living spaces. There is a wonderful open plan living kitchen with bi-fold doors opening onto a deck overlooking the lake and zoned spaces for sitting and dining. The accommodation is completed by a sumptious master bedroom with dressing area and en-suite including a double sized shower cubicle, a further double bedroom and family bathroom.

BOSWORTH WATER PARK
Bosworth Water Park is located just to the West of Market Bosworth. The Park extends to some 50 acres with approximately 20 acres of lakes and a members lounge overlooking the main lake. There are a variety of water sports available including wind surfing, paddle boarding and kayaking. The main lake is also well stocked for fishing.

Market Bosworth is widely considered to be one of the prettiest and most exclusive towns in West Leicestershire. There is a historic market place at the centre overlooked by some fine restaurants and beautiful shops. On the edge of the town is a Marina and there are lots of thriving sports clubs including bowls and tennis.

THE LODGE
Front door opening into hall opening off which is the living kitchen and bedrooms.

LIVING KITCHEN
A wonderful open plan living space with wood effect floor. The kitchen area is fitted with a fashionable range of soft closing base and wall units with high gloss fronts, tiled splash backs and LED lighting. There is a generous range of integrated appliances including a five ring gas hob with extractor in canopy over, a double oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The lodges are available on 50 year leases and ownership of the Lodges is restricted to the over 45s. Pets are allowed and the lodges can be occupied all year round. At the time of listing the site fee is £333 per month.
